APGO Induction of Labor 1.2

This application was developed by the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO) and partially funded by an unrestricted educational grant from Ferring Pharmaceuticals. It serves as a valuable tool for obstetrics and gynecology learners to aid in their decision-making process regarding labor induction for their patients. The WellMom App contains health and health-related information that is of a general nature and aligns with established published guidelines.

Learning Objectives:

1. Effectively utilize an inpatient induction patient checklist and supplementary resources to determine the candidacy of a patient for induction, as well as the suitable method(s) for inducing labor.
2. Effectively use a labor progress tracking tool to input data, generating a partogram that facilitates the evaluation of the effectiveness of the chosen induction method.
